My background is rooted in hospitality. I’ve worked in environments ranging from fine dining at The Shard in London, to restaurants such as Nando’s, as well as independent coffee shops, hotels, and catering services supporting high-calibre clientele.

Working closely with guests every day taught me to notice what people feel, not just what they say — what makes them comfortable, what builds trust, and what brings them back. That experience shaped my approach deeply. In 2025, I chose to bring this understanding into marketing, working independently to help hospitality brands communicate with care, clarity, and consistency.
